How to Redeem Points
Each product page will tell the number of points it takes to redeem. Our Rogue Reward Points usually redeem at a ratio of 1 to 50, although specific items or promotions may earn better ratios which will be noted on the item or promotion page. For example, a $10 item would be 500 Rogue Reward Points
Rogue Rewards Retail Store Program
If you shop at our physical retail store you can take advantage of our Rogue Rewards program as well. Signing up is easy - just enter you phone number while you checkout to be automatically enrolled. Whenever you shop just enter your phone number at the checkout counter and you'll automatically earn rewards for that purchase. Rewards can be redeemed at any time on any purchase and never expire.
Currently our Website and Retail Store reward programs are separate, rewards from one program will not automatically work for the other. However, if you wish to convert your rewards from one to the other just let us know.
Pre-2016 Rewards Program
If you were a Rogue Rewards member before April 2016 you will need to re-enroll. As our old program was just an automated discount that was automatically applied, rather than an accumulated reward, there is nothing that needs to be ported over.

Here at Rogue Hydro we work hard to offer high quality growing equipment and supplies at great prices. We believe in our products so much, we guarantee it! Our goal is to make sure you're happy and taken care of. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 Days of receiving your order. That's not it either, if you have any products that you don't end up using you can return them up to 365 days after purchase.
Try out products for 30 Days, no risk. If you're not satisfied with the product, simply send it back to us for a refund. Not only do you have 30 days to try it out, if you have any products that you end up not using you can return it for up to 365 days after purchase. If you buy with our grow shop we've got you covered, 30/365.
Did you say 30/365?
Yes we did! You have 30 days after you receive your order to decide if you like it. If during that time you decide to return it, you can send it back to us for a full refund for that product. If there is something that you keep but end up not using, you can send that back as well! Any new unused non-perishable items can be returned up to 365 days after purchase without any restocking fees.
Are there any exceptions?
Perishable products that only last a short period of time like Green Pads, Co2 bags, Boveda humidity control packets, and other similar short-life items do not qualify for the 30 day guarantee due to the life of the products. Consumable products like nutrients can be returned, but the product must not be completely used. Products that have been misused and are damaged will also void the guarantee.
- 30 Day Guarantee: Send back the item within 30 days after purchase to be eligible. Ship date must be within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Guarantee only applies once per item (ie. you can't purchase the same item again and return it again under the guarantee).
- Return shipping is paid for by the buyer, and original shipping is non-refundable. If your order shipped with free shipping, the shipping value for that item will be deducted from the refund.
- 365 Returns must be returned within 365 days after the purchase date. Return shipping is paid for by the buyer and original shipping is non-refundable. Returns can be refunded back to your payment method within 60 days after purchase, or store credit after 60 days.
- Perishable products are not eligible for the guarantees.
How Do I Return an Item?
Items can be returned by starting an automated return authorization. You can also email, chat or call to start a return as well, but starting an automated return is the fastest method.

FREE Ground Plain Box Shipping:
Rogue Hydro offers free shipping on most orders over $100 placed on our website and shipping to destinations in the contiguous U.S. Free shipping does not include Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, and International destinations, but discounted rates are offered. Free shipping does not apply to heavyweight items, ie. grow mediums and oversized items, ie. oversized reflectors, flood trays, etc.
We do our best to ship out orders the same day. Orders ship Monday through Friday and most orders before 2pm PST will ship same day if all items are in stock. If free shipping is chosen, occasionally an order may need to wait on an item to arrive in for us to combine the order into one shipment. If you would like faster shipping we offer ground and expedited methods including, but not limited to: Fedex Ground/Home Delivery, Fedex Express Saver, 2-Day, and Overnight. Please note that expedited shipping times do not include handling time or include weekends in transit time. View our shipping map below to see if expedited shipping is even needed, as you may fall in a zone that offers next business day or two day ground shipping.
Freight, Soil & Oversized Items:
Freight only items, soil/grow mediums and oversized items do not qualify for free shipping. These are products that are too large or heavy for our free shipping program, and to offer you great prices on these products, especially in bulk, we have to exclude them from our free shipping. While most of our products do not fall into these categories, there are products that do, such as grow mediums, large grow light reflectors, some of our larger carbon air filters, A/C units, large flood trays and plastics and other extremely large or heavy items. These items will have their own flat rate shipping charge.
We are able to ship some items to PO Boxes but not all. Orders ship via USPS or Fedex SmartPost. Larger items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. To avoid any possible problems or delays please do not use a PO Box as the shipping address. We reserve the right to cancel any order with a PO Box shipping address. If you are using a third party PO Box (Mailboxes ect., UPS Store) that allows UPS deliveries please write the address as a physical address (Ex. 123 Main St., # 456). USPS now offers physical street addressing for PO Boxes. Please see your local Post Office to fill out the required paperwork.
We ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, and many other International locations. For International orders the billing and shipping addresses must match, we only ship to the billing address. If a separate address is provided for the shipping address we will contact you about shipping to the billing address. Free shipping offers do not apply to International destinations. Please note that there are restrictions on some products and sometimes an item cannot be shipped to international destinations. We do not know every country's customs regulations and it is not our responsibility if your merchandise is intercepted by your country's customs agency. It is your responsibility to know whether or not your order can be legally imported. We will provide no refunds for items confiscated by customs.
All orders will be shipped discreetly. Packaging will not allude to the contents. All shipping labels will have "RH Supply" as the sender. Large items that may ship in the manufacturer's packaging will have any descriptive markings covered.
Orders with free shipping will ship via the most economical shipping method. Free shipping can take 1-5 business days for delivery, depending on what is ordered and the distance from us. If an order with free shipping contains an item that isn't regularly stocked or an out of stock item the order will ship when the item arrives in (usually within 2-3 days after ordering). Orders with free shipping may be shipped via USPS, Fedex SmartPost, or Fedex Ground. Free shipping may take up to 5 business days once shipped for orders to the East Coast. Alternatively, faster paid shipping options are available if needed.
Orders can be picked up at our local warehouse in Junction City, Oregon. Please choose the Local Pickup option when ordering. Orders may be picked up between 10am and 5 pm PST Monday through Friday and 11am to 5pm on Saturdays. If you cannot pickup during these hours please contact us to setup another possible pickup time. Most items are in stock, but if we are backordered on an item or if it is special order we will let you know as soon as possible. The pickup address is: 757 Ivy St. in Junction City, Oregon 97448.
Ground/Home Delivery Plain Box Shipping Time Estimate
Ground/Home Delivery typically delivers in 1-5 business days in the contiguous U.S. and up to 7 business days to Hawaii and outlying territories. Large/heavy orders usually ship this method. Please see the map below to estimate transit times for Ground/Home Delivery.
At Rogue Hydro, we have a 30/365 day guarantee and return policy. If you're not happy with an item, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund for that product. We also understand that sometimes you may end up not needing an item you originally planned to use. From the date of purchase you will have 365 days to send back any non-perishable items in their original condition. Items returned within 60 days of purchase may receive money back or store credit. Items over 60 days will receive a store credit. We do not charge any restocking fees on unopened items, but you will be responsible for return shipping and the original shipping charge is non-refundable. If your order shipped with free shipping the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the return. Any shipping charges from package refusal or due on delivery will be deducted from the refund on returns.
Items returned in used condition (opened packaging, broken seals, missing parts, signs of usage) or bottles with broken seals, but still full, during the 30 Day Guarantee will be accepted. Damaged items will not be accepted and returns for used condition items after 30 days will not be accepted.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item you must contact us within 7 days to be able to receive a replacement due to shipping damage or defective products.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Some items we do not accept returns on. Products that we do not accept returns on after the 30 Day Guarantee include all grow lights (fluorescents, T5, CFL, LED, Metal Halide, High Pressure Sodium, etc.), products with expiration dates (ex. some mycorrizhae products, ExHale bags, Myco2Air bags, Co2Boost Buckets, and other perishable goods), opened/assembled/repacked grow tents, custom items, cut-to-length products like tubing, special order items, and freight only items.
We are an authorized dealer for the products that we sell. All manufacturer warranties for the products we sell are valid when purchased from us. Please read and follow the warranty information provided with the product. Some manufacturers will require you to go through the store of purchase (us) rather than directly through them. If that is the case we will assist you. If a product fails under warranty within 30 days of delivery we will cover shipping both ways. If a product fails under warranty after 30 days of delivery we will split the shipping - you cover the cost of shipping to us and we cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you. Please be sure to thoroughly test the item before sending it back. Once the item is received we will test it to ensure that it is defective. Defective items that void the manufacturer's warranty will not be refunded, if you wish to have it returned the return shipping will be paid by you. If a returned item is found to not be defective, and we covered the return shipping charges, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund and a 20% restock fee for items received in used condition will apply if we accept it the return.
